The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled a charter school for students with dyslexia will open in the former North Catholic High School building in Troy Hill. The school will open for the 2016-17 year, according to its website. For the first year, students in third and fourth grades will be accepted and continue to add classes for other grades each year.
