The American Rescue Plan Act “ESSER 3” is moving through the legislative process, and expected to be approved by the House and President Biden this week.
It is estimated that ESSER 3 will send about $4.6 billion to school districts and charter schools in PA and will be distributed based on Title I formulas.
The attached amounts are ESTIMATES ONLY provided by PASBO. PDE will post official allocations sometime after the bill is approved.
