The Pennsylvania Department of Education has released the 2015 average SAT scores for high schools across PA. Of the 650 schools 53 were charter schools. The list ranks the high schools’ average SAT scores from top to bottom. Of the 53 schools on the list, 25 are located in Philadelphia and 7 of the institutions are described as cyber schools.
